Blair and Brown intervene in Jaguar row
The prime minister and chancellor have intervened in the row over Ford's plans to stop Jaguar production at its Coventry factory.
Tony Blair and Gordon Brown have expressed concerns over the closure and called for further talks between the company and unions.
The development came after representatives from the Transport and General Workers’ Union, Amicus and the GMB met Blair and Brown in Brighton.
