MPs criticise patient care standards

Most terminally ill people are denied their wish to die at home, according to a report by a committee of MPs.

The Commons health select committee said access to assistance is patchy and unavailable to many.
 
They urged ministers to do more to ensure the wishes of dying patients are respected.
