Ministers disclose private interests
A group of ministers has voluntarily disclosed their private interests to the Guardian newspaper, undermining government policy which states that such information should be kept secret on the grounds of privacy.
Ministers including Stephen Timms agreed to discuss potential conflicts of interest.
The Guardian is publishing their declarations as "the first step towards a full public register".
