London's transport map should include 10 new tube, rail and tram projects to cope with a surge in the city's population by 2016, according to Ken Livingstone.

The Capital's mayor published yesterday a revised transport map which included every project on the drawing board, including Crossrail, Thameslink and the East London Line extension.
