Tories criticise 'heavy-handed' FSA
The Conservatives have criticised the role of the Financial Services Authority, claiming that its regulatory duties stretch too widely and that it is too heavy-handed.
"The current legal structure is causing the FSA as a matter of duty to over-regulate," shadow chancellor Oliver Letwin told the Sunday Telegraph.
