Civil service still seeking London offices

The Liberal Democrats have tabled parliamentary questions demanding to know why government and public sector bodies are still seeking new office space in London despite a pledge to relocate civil servants outside the Capital.

New research from Cushman and Wakefield Healey and Baker, the property consultant, reveals that government and public sector bodies are hunting for over one million square feet of new office space in the West End and a further 711,500 square feet in the City.
