Blair braced for intelligence report
Tony Blair indicated yesterday that he expects the Butler inquiry into the use of intelligence on Iraq to prompt changes to the way Whitehall operates.
The prime minister told the BBC there was a need for a "different relationship between security and politics".
The FT reports the inquiry is believed to be examining whether ministers are responsible for any flawed judgements.
The Guardian adds that the prime minister has been granted permission to keep secret the full legal advice he received about the invasion of Iraq.
