Blair and Brown in show of unity
Tony Blair and Gordon Brown produced another show of solidarity yesterday as they unveiled new election campaign posters praising the government's economic record.
The chancellor highlighted their long partnership and the prime minister paid tribute to the "brilliance" of his ally.
The Times interviews an expert on body language who, after looking at the footage, says: "This is a picture of two people who are not working together. They look pretty sneaky and the unnaturalness of their stances and expressions shows they are not chums. They are not at ease together."
