The parliamentary ombudsman has expressed deep disappointment at the failure of health secretary John Reid to comply with her rulings on freedom of information.

Ann Abraham said the Department of Health's refusal to reveal information on the way Labour donor Paul Drayson obtained a government contract for his Powderject pharmaceuticals firm was a "matter of great concern".
