MPs set to reject corporate killing bill

An attempt by the Labour MP Frank Doran to introduce a law to make it easier to prosecute companies responsible for fatal accidents will fail this week.

A commitment to bring in such a bill was included in Labour's 1997 and 2001 manifestos.
