Tory activists bring politics to City elections
Conservative activists are considering whether to break an historic agreement that the political parties do not contest local elections for the Corporation of London.
Because of the City's leading role as a financial centre, political parties have steered clear of introducing partisan politics.
But now two Conservative activists say they have organised a group of 65 candidates to stand in elections on March 15.
