Jowell admits Wembley errors
Tessa Jowell has admitted that the Wembley stadium plan was a high risk gamble which has been dogged by a series of mistakes.
Her comments came as MPs lined up to criticise the government following further delays and confusion over the national stadium.
She said the FA was now on "its last chance" to sort out the plan and revealed that the old Wembley stadium would need £40 million just to make it usable for another five years.
