Surveyors attack regeneration of no go areas
The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has suggested that the government is wasting time and money in trying to rebuild some of Britain's worst inner city areas.
RICS has attacked ministers for wasting money on attempts to regenerate areas with no economic future.
"There's no point having houses where there aren't any jobs," says a policy officer for the institute.
