Unions attack delay in 'corporate killing' reform
The TUC yesterday attacked the government for failing to make it easier to prosecute companies for corporate manslaughter.
The attack came as the Crown Prosecution Service prepares to announce whether Railtrack directors will face charges in connection with the Paddington rail crash.
