Doubt remains over Mandelson call
The second report into Peter Mandelson's links to the Hindujas will fail to solve the mystery of the much-disputed telephone call between the former Northern Ireland secretary and the Home Office.
The report will say that there is no concrete evidence that the call took place, but will not "prove a negative" by confirming that the telephone call between Mandelson and Mike O'Brien never happened.
