The Commission for Health Improvement today delivers a damning report to the Brighton Health Care NHS Trust, after breast cancer patients had to wait up to three months for treatment.

Other problems found at the trust, which has been given a zero rating in the past, included dirty lavatories, lights left on which disturbed sleeping patients and blocked fire escapes.
