Business chief and Number 10 adviser Lord Haskins has described the prime minister as being neither a big thinker nor interested in delivery.

In an interview for the New Statesman, the former chairman of Northern Foods describes Alan Milburn as "moody" and David Blunkett as a man that must be "watched like a hawk".
