Byers to face Railtrack probe
The National Audit Office is set to announce an investigation into Stephen Byers' handling of the Railtrack affair. Meanwhile, the Daily Mail today quotes a senior minister who claims Byers' handling of the affair was "a complete dog's breakfast".
