A poll for the European Commission has shown Britain's 15 to 24-year-olds to be the most ignorant about the European Union. The poll, by Eurobarometer, shows that "don't know" answers to questions appeared an average 9.5 per cent times across the EU, compared to 26.9 per cent in the UK.
