US president George W Bush has published a "Catch 22" list of the world's most wanted terrorists.

The gallery of America's most wanted "evildoers", with a price tag of $5 million each, includes individuals believed to be sheltering in Iraq and Iran, prompting concerns that the US may widen military action in the Middle East.

"Terrorism has a face and today we expose it for the world to see," said Bush.
