In a visit to Bradford today, David Blunkett will announce £5 million plans to keep young people off the streets over the summer.

Funds will go to Oldham, Burnley, Stoke-on-Trent and Bradford as well as other deprived areas at risk of disorder after the rioting seen in recent months.
