After getting an email from Ronnie Biggs Scotland Yard has vowed to arrest the fugitive armed robber if he returns to the UK.

Biggs has appealed to the Sun to help him return to Britain after 36 years on the run and fulfil his ambition of drinking a pint of bitter in a Margate pub - called the "Good intent".
