A new bronze bust of the Conservative leader by Frances Segelman went on display in Westminster yesterday. The statue has moving eyeballs, prompting the Mirror's Paul Routledge to claim: "Billy's the swivel-eyed leader of a swivel-eyed party whose eyeballs revolve like crazy when anyone says 'Europe'".
