The executive in Wales is set on a collision course with their Westminster counterparts over plans for the future of Welsh Water. Some in Wales feel that UK ministers are putting pressure on the water industry watchdog to reject plans by Glas Cymru to buy the utility from its US owner and run it on a not-for-profit basis.
