Virgin Trains is setting up a counselling service for staff as physical and verbal attacks from angry passengers increase.

It emerges that the problem is not confined to Virgin - some children are being bullied because their parents work for Railtrack. The RMT is considering industrial action to get operators to improve conditions for their members.
