'Anomaly' allowed £2.5 million rotten meat scam

The Food Standards Agency has admitted to an "anomaly" in food regulations following the conviction of three men for selling more than 1,000 tonnes of rotten pet food meat for human consumption, in a scam worth £2.5 million.
