Ministers relax immigration laws to expand e-economy

The government is set to relax immigration rules to allow companies to recruit foreigners with the skills required to develop the UK's e-economy. A pilot scheme to allow those with "intellectual property" to live and work in the UK is seen as a forerunner to a more substantial overhaul of the immigration system.
