British Nuclear Fuels reported a £337 million loss yesterday, the worst deficit in the companies history, the news was accompanied by a jump in BNFL's liabilities from £27.1 billion to 34.2 billion. The huge loss was caused by a series of blunders last year costing £411 million. The figures will raise renewed doubts about partial privatisation.
