Where did he get that book?

    By Tony Grew
    - 7th September 2010

Labour MP Denis MacShane was on fine form this afternoon when he spoke in the Commons in support of a private member's bill that seeks to alter the Freedom of Information Act.

He railed against Guido Fawkes' treatment of William Hague's private life, and called the blogger, real name Paul Staines, as a "blog rat".

However, the press gallery was more interested in the paperback edition of Tony Blair's book A Journey - we thought it was only available in hardback.

Where did Denis get his copy?

It appears the US version is paperback, according to this online shop.
