Clegg's gone to Asda
The deputy prime minister went to Asda today.
Nick Clegg visited a branch of the low-cost supermarket in the town of Oldham this morning.
Coincidentally there is a by-election in the constituency.
The deputy prime minister was accompanied by the Lib Dem candidate, Elwyn Watkins.
They will be doing a spot of door to door campaigning this afternoon.
The upcoming vote has meant a whole host of political A-listers have been seen out and about in the constituency of Oldham East and Saddleworth.
Labour leader Ed Miliband was there yesterday, backing the Labour candidate Debbie Abrahams.
Also in town yesterday former Lib Dem leader Charles Kennedy and party president Tim Farron.
Six Lib Dem ministers are also expected to visit before the vote on Thursday 13th.
