National Care Leavers' Week has been made possible since 2002 thanks to the support of a number of voluntary and private sector organisations who are concerned about the issues which affect young people leaving care. We would like to thank all those who have made it possible for National Care Leavers' Week to grow as a unique and powerful coalition of like-minded organisations.
