Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

CR Report cover

Sunday Times logo and award

Our corporate responsibility review highlights the programmes, policies, and actions under way to meet the challenge of making positive contributions to our public sector stakeholders and the communities, environment and marketplace in which we operate.

We fully support and appreciate the legislative and social pressures to lead development in the built environment in a way that protects and conserves environmental quality and the natural resource base. Moreover, we also realise the potential advantages of taking a proactive approach to sustainability. Future development undertaken in a sustainable manner represents new ways of thinking in planning, designing, building, operating and maintaining the built environment.

For Mott MacDonald, sustainability is a goal that aims to create a built environment which is able to creatively adapt to changing conditions over time for the benefit of the environment, society and economic growth. We aim to integrate these three key aspects of sustainable development into our operational practices and culture.

The Mott MacDonald Group is also committed to a positive working environment in which there are equal opportunities for all staff, an Equality and Diversity policy has therefore been developed.
