No Secrets Guidance review - LGA response to consultation
This response draws heavily on the response submitted by the ADASS, and where responses are the same this is indicated in the text. The LGA is in agreement entirely with the sections of the ADASS response relating to the Health Service, the Criminal Justice system and Housing and Community Empowerment and these are not, therefore, duplicated. There are, however, some differences of emphasis in relation to the need for legislation, hence the reason for submitting this separate response, 15 February 2009
