The Law Society's Parliamentary Unit actively lobbies members of both Houses of Parliament and all parties for changes in the law where we feel it would help to improve our justice system and achieve fair and equal access to justice for all.
The Unit - backed by our expert policy advisers and specialist committees - works on a large number of public bills every parliamentary session which are of major concern to solicitors and their clients.
