We publish a wide range of materials to support customer service professionals and keep them up to date with the world of customer service.

Our range includes the ICS blog, National Occupational Standards and customerfirst the bi-monthly magazine for Institute members.

We commission, sponsor, carry out and publish research on all sorts of customer service topics. We develop major research projects through our Breakthrough Research programme which brings together Institute senior management, members and leading customer service academics.

We also carry out sponsored research on behalf of our member organisations.
