e-skills UK's strategic direction is guided by two employer Boards. The e-skills UK IT & Telecoms Industry Board comprises CEOs / MDs from influential companies in the IT and Telecoms industry. The e-skills UK CIO Board brings together the executives responsible for IT in companies in a diverse range of industries. Board members is as follows:
