Turning Point – a Ten Year Strategy for the Visual Arts in England

Arts Council England has launched its visual arts strategy and for the first time made visual arts a priority.
The strategy has five priorities:
- audiences, participation and education
- support for the artists
- innovation and risk
- diversity and leadership
- places, spaces, and partnerships
