FLA EXPRESSES SUPPORT FOR MENTAL HEALTH GUIDELINES

Responding to today’s release of the mental health guidelines from the Money Advice Liaison Group (MALG), FLA Director General Stephen Sklaroff said:
"The FLA strongly supports these guidelines and was closely involved in drawing them up. The FLA's Lending Code already contains provisions on how members should deal with customers with health difficulties (including mental health difficulties)."
