Evidence given on impact on ONS of efficiency and modernisation programmes

The House of Commons Treasury sub-committee heard from Society President, Tim Holt, and Statistics User Forum Chair, Keith Dugmore, on the impact of the efficiency and modernisation programmes on the Office for National Statistics.
The evidence was taken as part of a wider inquiry into the impact of these programmes on the Chancellor's departments. Until the passage of the Statistics and Registration Bill, ONS falls within the remit of the Treasury.
