Welcome to John Horam's website. John is the Member of Parliament for Orpington which he has represented since 1992.
He was a Minister of Health in the last Conservative government and before that a Minister in the Cabinet Office.
He is currently Chairman of the House of Commons Environmental Audit Committee.
