As your MP I aim to open up new channels of communication between myself and my constituents by using email and the Internet. I am keen to hear constituents views via my e-survey. Simply answer each question with a short response - all comments will be sent direct to me.

To fill in the constituency survey:

• Click on the link below, a new window will open containing the survey.
• Write/select your answers for each question.
• Click the submit button.
• The survey window will close and your responses will be sent to your MP.
