Simon Burns MP attends the launch of Chelmsford Rethink
February 8 2009
Commenting, Simon Burns MP said:
"I was delighted to have been invited to attend the launch of Chelmsford Rethink.
"As a former Minister of Health, responsible for mental health, I have always shown a keen interest in breaking down the barriers and stigma associated with those who suffer from mental health problems. Given that 1 in 4 people during their lifetimes will suffer from a mental health related problem, it is important to have community based support groups like Chelmsford Rethink, and I wish them every success in helping to break down the barriers surrounding mental health and providing invaluable support to those who suffer from mental health problems."
