RORY BREMNER JOINS ‘REVERSE BOYCOTT’ CAMPAIGN
Network South Africa 2004 invites you to a Press Conference in the Jubilee Room, House of Commons, on Friday 25 June at 10.00 am, to mark the launch of the ‘Reverse Boycott’ campaign to help South Africa by promoting South African goods and visits to South Africa.
TV and comedy star Rory Bremner will be at the Press Conference where he will join Network South Africa 2004 Chair, Frank Dobson MP, and Euan Wilmshurst, Director of Action for Southern Africa (ACTSA), the successor body to the Anti-Apartheid Movement.
As part of the celebrations of ten years of freedom and democracy in South Africa, they will be calling upon everyone in Britain to give practical help to the South African people’s struggle against poverty and unemployment by buying South African products, particularly wines, fruit and vegetables, and by visiting the new, free South Africa that the original boycott helped to create.
