MP welcomes carers' support

Vice-President of carers UK Aberavon MP Dr Hywel Francis has welcomed a new service for carers in Neath and Port Talbot.
Dr Francis said,
'I was delighted to be present at the launch of a new independent carers' service in the Neath Port Talbot county borough area.'
'It is to the credit of local carers' organizations, the council for voluntary service and the local authority that they have launched this important initiative which will be vital in providing help, guidance and advice to local carers who provide unpaid care for families or friends who may be ill, disabled or aged.
