MP Donohoe Welcomes Broomlands Report

Central Ayrshire MP Brian Donohoe has praised Broomlands Primary and Nursery school on their report from Her Majesty Inspectors report of the school. The Inspectors examined the quality of the children’s experience in the school and evaluated their achievements, the effectiveness of the school for learning and it’s capacity for self evaluation and innovation.

Speaking after the positive report local MP Mr Donohoe said:

“I am delighted at this positive report not only for the teaching staff and parents but most of all for the children who attend Broomlands. The teachers and pupils are not only a credit to themselves but also to the local community as whole and I congratulate them.”

As part of the report the Inspectors found that the children had an enthusiasm for learning and that there was a positive relationship between the staff and pupils and that the staff had a commitment to the care and welfare of all the pupils.
