Ex soldiers in jail

Graham Allen, Labour MP for Nottingham North, said today:

"The simple way to help those ex-soldiers who report today suggest end up in prison or depressed is to extend the magnificent work of skill force. Skill Force has deployed retired army trainers to train the most difficult young people in local schools. Their no nonsense approach has tremendous benefits for the youngsters and for the trainers who would otherwise feel their time had passed. A simple extension of skill force properly funded would build on this success and allow many more service personnel to realise their potential and make a real contribution to society.
