The Terminal has landed

Holiday Which? has given Heathrow’s Terminal 5 a cautious thumbs up after being given a sneak preview last month.

Clever signage and floor zoning makes the terminal easy to navigate, while large windows and high ceilings give a great sense of space and views of the runways. Baggage reclaim is also impressive, with inventive lighting to make it feel light and airy.

However, with 95,000 passengers expected each day, Holiday Which? will be keeping an eye out to see if Terminal 5 really lives up to its impressive design, and its promises of quicker check-in times, more efficient security checks and easier baggage reclaim.
