French traders will add a certain je ne sais quoi when they pitch up at Queen’s Crescent Market, NW5, this Saturday (13 May).

Fresh cheeses and bread, tasty sausages and pates, sandwiches, dried fruit and sweet pancakes are just part of the extra-special offerings this weekend. Visitors to Queen’s Crescent market will also find a selection of original hand-crafted jewellery; French-made leather goods and ladies’ clothes at the market.
Queen’s Crescent market may be one of the borough’s oldest but is always looking for new blood and new goods and produce to tantalise the taste buds of local people. It prides itself on the freshest fare and its high quality goods.
John Dickie, chair of the Gospel Oak Partnership Board, said: “The market is part of the social fabric of the area. Its popularity will only be boosted by the arrival of a wide-variety of French produce this Saturday. These speciality stalls will add some welcome Gallic flavour to one of Camden’s oldest markets.”

Larry Wilks, Camden council’s head of market operations added: “We are always trying to expand and diversify the range of products available in our markets. The French stalls will make a welcome addition to the colour and vibrancy on Queen’s Crescent.”

Queen’s Crescent market is open from 8.00am until 4.00pm
