NFB training launches inTraining for 2012

7 February 2012

NFB Training, the dedicated training arm of the National Federation of Builders, has today (Monday 6 February 2012) launched inTraining – a guide to open courses in 2012.

As part of the UK's leading trade federation, NFB Training has the essential expertise and industry contacts required to provide construction companies with relevant and cost-effective training solutions. All courses are aimed at helping companies to, understand and implement practices and processes which will enable them to confront the many challenges facing the industry today.

Focusing on the key issues affecting construction, inTraining 2012 introduces new workshops around the areas of sustainable refurbishment, corporate social responsibility and procurement as well as more generic business courses covering social media and online marketing.

Commenting on the launch, NFB Training Manager Karen Dawes said: "inTraining 2012 brings a wealth of training courses to both NFB members and the wider industry, covering topics such as business and personal development, legal solutions, health and safety, procurement and sustainability solutions.

"In addition to the introduction of new courses we have also undertaken a comprehensive pricing review and are delighted that in many cases we are able to offer a reduction in the cost of training, ensuring that companies get the best value for their training budgets."

NFB Training is also able to offer tailored or bespoke training programmes, as well as facilitating in-house or on-site sessions enabling companies to fit the training needs of individuals around the resource needs of the company.
