Press Release

Antal ceo, Tony Goodwin, backs Chance UK

4 January 2011

The CEO of Antal International, Tony Goodwin, has spoken to The Times newspaper to tell them why he backs our work.

Antal has donated around £7,000 to Chance UK in the last year, with more to come when the royalties from Tony's upcoming book are also donated to Chance UK.

Tony is a successful leader in business as CEO of an international recruitment company. Tony said, "Altruism has to be part of the leadership challenge. If you have reaped all the advantages of success, then you have an obligation to put something back."

Talking about the importance for such support to change the lives of children, Chief Executive of Chance UK, Gracia McGrath OBE, said, "When we ask the little ones what they want to be when they grow up, they don't answer the question. Having a career has simply never occurred to them, and that's why Tony Goodwin's generous support means so much to Chance UK."

Antal's high profile in business circles will bring other benefits to Chance UK, such as encouraging other businesses to take Chance UK seriously
